A Day in the Life: Writing Prompt

Step 20 years into the future, into a world where transportation and infrastructure have been entirely redesigned, and imagine you're commuting to work every day. What does daily travel look like, and how have cities adapted? Has automated transit brought communities closer together, or has it created new forms of transit inequality and isolation? Which transportation problems (traffic accidents, emissions, parking, noise) have been solved, and what unexpected, new infrastructure or social challenges have replaced them?
